Rotisserie Chicken Caesar and Buffalo/Cheddar Pinwheels

Had to load up on softener salt and cases of water for the wife at Sam's Club. Bought a rotisserie chicken while I was there! Mmmm good!!! De-boned all the white meat, and chopped the dark for buffalo chicken and cheddar cheese. Mixed it with Sweet Baby Ray's wing sauce and hot sauce, and wrapped in puff pastry.
