We had a few fence post that deer just love to to rub there horns on I don't know it for locating terrority or what but we had a place, where we have replace the post 3 times as it been rub down to nothing each time.

Seen it a couple of times in ND.

I can tell you it wasn't a spiker that did that!

Yes I have this year matter a fact. The buck even rubbed on RR crossties used as fence poles. One of those crossties he has been rubbing for three years, it has almost been rubbed in half over the years.. I'm guessing he has nocturnal b/c i never seen him or atleast a buck big enough to do that kind of damage to a crosstie.
