RV Dinners are Wonderful!!

Camping in the AZ Forest. Have seen deer, elk, antelope already - tomorrow is turkey opener. Dinner was great, on the little stove.

Burritos with chicken, retried beans, black beans, cheddar, sautéed bell peppers and onions. No reason not to dress it up with chips/queso/jalepenos!!! Threw in two poached eggs, to see if microwave worked.

Had to drive 800 miles South for Bluebell ice cream, but I managed to get a gas station Apple pie ala mode!!

Butter burgers tonight, using the panini grill. Minimal mess to clean. Buttered buns first, then patties, followed by bacon and Texas sweet onion and jalepeno!! The aged white cheddar underneath had a sharp bite. Wonderful!!
