Delicious dinner, with the chili-cumin-fajita seasoned pork. Cut an inch thick, and still hard to keep at 145 degrees and med-rare. Made a nice cilantro/basil/parsley chimichuri to top it with, some guacamole stuffed cherry tomatoes and black beans. Pickled asparagus with the drinks, people, spicy pickled asparagus!!!

By my third Rusty Nail (happy Holidays), I didn't care what it looked like!!!
