Kids, grandkids, and great grandson made a surprise visit to the house on an hour's notice. Youngest were heading out on a honeymoon trip from the Boise airport. Had time for sausage and sliced potato casseroles with cream of mushroom soup, bacon and butter green beans and Old Bay cheddar (think Red Lobster) biscuits. I never get them to turn out right, so put them in muffin tins.

Looks like a great and hearty meal. I use Bisquik for those Red Lobster biscuits. Never had to use a muffin pan. I like to have them with super thick clam chowder. I pour the chowder over the biscuits and mow them down.
Kielbasa ?

I only used the muffin tin because I had a lot of people, and wanted smaller biscuits. These ring sausages were the Hillshire Farms ones, but I use a lot of different ones, depending on desired taste. Spicy cajun andouille and crushed red pepper makes a great flavor profile
