It's also possible that he has some condition and for professional reasons is worried about sharing.

Honestly, I really hope it's neither. Commotio cordis could have been the reason- and that would be better for him (and for us).

My initial thought was he didn’t want to reveal anything that could jeopardize his future in the NFL, but every team would do a full physical anyway.
