Simple Sandwich

Sometimes, it's the simple things that please you the most. We worked thru the afternoon, loading the RV in the cold, and we are now ready to leave in the morning for AZ and then Texas. Simple and easy food sounded best for supper.
Buttered and grilled some hoagy rolls on the griddle, added bacon, roast beef, pepper jack cheese, and some sliced chicken. Broiled to get the cheese melty. Fresh Cole slaw and chips to call it a balanced meal!!!

We’re going to south Texas for thanksgiving, I’ll wave. Safe travels ?

Whereabouts? We will be in Matagorda mostly, and be fishing. We may go down to the deer lease in Uvalde. Finish up with friends who moved to Point Blank, at Lake Livingston.

Thanksgiving day in Mission. Friday to South Padre Island if the weather is good. Saturday evening is fiesta ( with Mariachi band).
