Smashburger Sliders and a Patty Melt

Got the gear ready, and prepped all the stuff. Wife is allergic to the onions that I love, so cooked what she loves - squash and zucchini. Slider burgers with GSP, on mini buns, and deep fried tempura batter yellow zucchini. Garden tomatoes. Mine was a marbled rye patty melt with double Swiss and extra grilled Texas sweet onion.
