Smoked pronghorn stroganoff

Made up a batch of cherrywood smoked pronghorn stroganoff. For the pronghorn hunt in Colorado coming up. We do most of our meals in seal a meal freezer bags. Boil water throw them in sit around the campfire with adult beverages. No cooking, no dishes, paper plates and plastic utensils. Nothing but relaxing. Lol We do have a barbecue we take and utilize that. Oh and I mark my freezer bags as simple as possible. Lope Off. ?

Love this. I usually freeze extra of great meals during the year and eat them hunting. Easy great food
