Snacks and Pita Pockets

A delicious snack to enjoy with an afternoon Scotch. I love the garden vegetable seasoned cream cheese on crackers. That convinced me that simple was the name of the game for dinner. Turkey and cheese pita with mayo, then added the craisins, banana peppers, and red wine pickled cucumber slices for crunch!!
