Snow Critters

Went out for a little hike in one of my shed hunting areas. The critters are still packing, but my little valley looks promising...

Not rare but not often seen....

This herd of elk had 11 bulls including 2-3 over 340

These sheds were from last year in this valley.

The kitty was about 100 yards away. I had the camera in the case and he caught me off guard so by the time I was ready he put a lot of distance between us. I tried following his tracks up a steep hill but he lost me in some deadfall...
