I know this is a little early to be planning next season, how many pref. points does it take for a non res. to draw a Southern Muzz. tag. The Utah regs were not too specific. Thanks.

For residents only one preference point will get you there. Not sure about non-res.

I would imagine one would do it. Although I don't know for sure I wouldn't think it would be too tough to draw. Maybe I'm way off though.
