Still full from too much pork and gravy last night, so went lighter this morning. Got out a package of the super spicy bison chorizo from my AZ friends, some cilantro lime crema, 4 cheese Mexican blend, and a couple scrambled eggs. Really good this morning!!! Left room for extra coffee.
