Spring moisture?

How has the Spring weather been around Richfield/LE elk units? It was relatively mild here in California in Winter....then a good amount of moisture in March and April. Hopefully, it passed through and hit you guys.
 
2011 was the wettest year in my 37 years of living in Utah and 2012 is shaping up to be the driest.

Very little moisture left any where in the state. It's looking like it's gonna be one long, hot, and dry summer. I bet there will be some major wild fires this season
