Lazy Sunday with deep fried halibut, alaska spot shrimp and some alaska potatoes. After dinner my daughter said “I’m stuffed, it’s like thanksgiving in July ?”

If you like shrimp or prawns you can’t beat the ones from Alaska…

Being from Idaho, I'm a little prejudiced, but being able to grow anything in the ground in Alaska is a worthwhile feat. My friends there celebrate their tomatoes like a National Holiday!!!
