What say you guys, Omelettes or Scramble?? Wife loves me to make her a thick fluffy 3 egg omelet, with toast and raspberry freezer jam. I tend to lean towards a good scramble, and top with pico, salsa, and shovel it onto street tortillas. Today it was ham, bacon, sausage, mushrooms, and sharp cheddar.
