That is a nice one Paul. That is the best way to spend the day. My Daughter and I spent today quail hunting, didn't have any luck. But being out with her beats staying at home any day. Congratulations on a nice Ram.

Curtis, that is a good guess. Sure seemed bigger in the 15x binos though.

Bloodtrail, killed him with 300 win mag at 400 yards prone. Got cactus in my groin area to prove it.

My friends just got back from there with some rams,I was given some meat how do you guys prepare it?I heard it was kinda bland.

I make burger, sausage and stew out of it. We always enjoy it.

I use pork fat/trimmings with all my venison. Beef fat aquires an old flavor faster. I think pork has better flavor and texture in your mouth.
