Do I have to buy an admission ticket just to validate my tags? I've got a sick kid with me so won't have any time to browse....

You might be able to just walk in and validate. Nobody will stop you unless they ask for a button. Just walk to the mounts and you are there.

NO you can just go validate at the south east corner of the convention center. If you did it online it goes real quick. Good Luck!

Yup, just walked in and got in line. The whole deal only took like 6 minutes, they really had that part well put together.

I also thought that the way they had the validation booths set up was very well thought out. It was slick if you done your drawing apps on line, and even applying at the show was quick and easy. A lot of planning went into that very important part of the show.
And the displays and vendors were excellent!
