Thawed slowly in fridge a few days, washed, dried and dry-rubbed today (thursday) with the usual garlic pow, salt, pepper and a little oregano. Sunday a.m. I will drizzle with bacon grease and brown on grill about 4 min per side. Then crock pot 3 or 4 hours with a can of diced tomato, onion, water and bbq sauce. Can't wait! Blurry pic : my phone lens is cracked.
