Surrendering an Elk Tag

Is it possible in Arizona to surrender an elk tag and get your bonus points back?

My Dad and Uncle drew 6B Archery and it was a second choice. We have hunted it before and after doing research on other places we were hoping that we might be able to turn it back in and get the points back and apply again next year for a different unit.

LAST EDITED ON Apr-30-12 AT 01:44PM (MST)[p]Nope, the only thing you can do it donate it to HOAL or transfer it to a minor child of the current tag holder. There is no turning tags back in, in Arizona.

Either way, your bonus points are now gone.
