I am looking at buying a watch for some backcountry bowhunting. I would like some reviews on either Suunto or Origo watchs. Also what are features are necesities on a watch. Also what models are are the best from each brand.

Thanks!

I own the Suunto Observer Tt. It is a nice piece. It has the barometer, compass, thermometer, stopwatches, alarms, and trends. Those are all the right features but it is a little big on my wrist and I would very much prefer an elasticized watch band to accomidate the different layers that I wear.

The one that I would really like to get my hands on is the Casio Pathfinder. Same features in a thiner package. Not a big fan of the Origo.

Good luck.
