Swiss Steak w/ Mozzarella and Parm

Girls wanted something "cheesy" tonight. Couldn't talk them into elk Philly cheesesteak, so punted. Fried, and then baked some Swiss cube steaks, with lots of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Served over pasta, and a salad. Ooops, might have gone overboard on the mozzarella!!!
