In my most recent scouting excursions i have noticed a huge difference in antler growth this year. I am in S. Utah and am attributing this to the great feed in the area. What about your areas? Have you noticed different growth patterns?

Well I hate to say but I haven't seen as many bucks as last year to tell ya the truth! here in NE Utah YET that is. I am a firm believer that all the moisture is a major contributor to antler growth but I haven't seen enough deer or elk to notice that yet. I think that this moisture has put alot of feed in different areas and that is why maybe I am not seeing them in the places I normally go I don't know whats up.

That could be true, I just got back from scouting and doin a little spotlighting and i am still in amazement, the deer in general seem to be great.
Can I shoot him??? Please please please!

I agree that the growth has been great. I also think that when there has been as much moisture as there has, that they are more spread out and not all in the areas that on more dry years hold the majority of the animals. Just my opinion
