Taxidermist Recommendation

Can anyone recommend a Taxidermist in central or southern Utah? It will be for an elk shoulder mount.

I like Travis Roundy at Roundy Taxidermy is Glendale Utah. He does really good work.

I have never personally had him do an elk, but he did my buck in 2005.
