Tenderloin!!

This is a useless post, but it got me excited. My wife made the best Venison Tenderloin this weekend. It really makes me realize how great this country is and how blessed I am to live here. Go out shoot me a nice buck, bring it home and have one heck of a fine dinner. Potatoes left over from the garden and a fine cabernet. Aint nothing like providing for your family.

I agree. I whipped up a pot of venison stew yesterday and the wife was all over it. Can't beat some good ole buck meat!

We had whitetail deer tenderloin on the grill Friday night and deer stew in the crock pot on Saturday night, my wife and kids like too.

Whitetail is all I have in the freezer this year. A fine corn fed Nebraska whitetail. I'm learning how to prepare it so that the wife enjoys it as well.
