...of the latest batch of country ribs that were finished in the crockpot after being in the smoker for 2 hrs. I left them to simmer on low for about 5 hrs. The meat literally fell off the bones yet was still moist.

The sauce was a half-&-half mix of El Pato Jalapeño Salsa & regular tomato sauce with some water, one fresh tomato, raw jalapeños, onions, cilantro, garlic, cumin, salt & pepper. The sides are my usual fries, baked beans with diced jalapeños & onions and fresh jicama sprinkled with creole seasoning.
