I have a bunch of the meat left, which likely will go to hot beef sandwiches & a French dip or two.

This was half of one we bought on sale at Safeway for $3.97 lb. I can't recall the grade, but I'm guessing Select rather than Choice or Prime. Cooked it at 250 to an internal of 125.

I'm getting ready to marinate some top sirloin we bought for the same price. I'll be using it tonight for carne asada tacos, topping it with some of the new ceviche.
