..sorts on Sunday night in the Mandile household. I enjoyed the hunk of leftover prime rib so much last week that I decided to resurrect another big chunk from the freezer for dinner last night. Drenched in au jus & coupled with scalloped taters, with a side of fresh green beans, it didn't disappoint. The glass of red zin made it taste even better.

I added horseradish after the photos.
