Just wondering if any of you have tried this bug repellant? It looks like it would be pretty handy if it really works.

I used one last spring on a Saskatchewan bear hunt and found it to be very effective. While you would normally have to wear a complete bug proof suit on stand, I was sitting there in my T-shirt and the bugs were not bothering me at all. It is also supposedly odorless, but I don't know how true that is.

The outfitter I hunted with swore by them--too bad they don't sell them in Canada and technically you're not supposed to transport them on a plane because of the aerosol cartridges.

They have disposable aerosol cartridges that last for about 8 hours that heat up a pad that releases the repellant.

The unit itself I think costs about $40, and the replacement cartridges and pads cost about $10 per package.
