Time stamp of post's messed up

This question might be for Founder.
Is it just my computer, or are all post time stamps off by a long way on this site?
It seems like they used to be correct but now they are way off for me.

Or reset. Happened to me a couple years ago it just went off the rez and I had to reset it.

I had the same issue until DST... something reset and now it looks good on my end.

I think I got it fixed with WapitiBob's preferences suggestion.

Under Preferences you'll see you can set your time zone.
