Turkey taxidermy

Sorry. I know this is the general forum but thought there might be more views. Posted in taxi forum too. Got my first tom this morning in Nevada and nobody here does bird taxidermy. Coming to Salt Lake in a month or 2 and was wondering who does really good turkey taxidermy. Thanks for any help.
