MIL asked for fried ring sausage and bell peppers for dinner, but I had also started a pot of beans with chunked brisket. My warped, twisted mind said "go for it, full speed ahead!!" Fried sausage and bells, fried jalapeños and Texas sweet onions, beans with brisket, and good fresh tortillas. Damn, I'm full! May have to go apply for a handicapped sticker tomorrow, can't move tonight.
