I looked on the website, can't find what I'm looking for. I called , waited on hold for to freakin long. Can someone help me find out how many remaining general season elk tags are left to be sold?

On their main page, scroll over "Hunting", then select "Big Game". On that page, the 5th header down says "2016 remaining big game and antlerless permits" Click on the one labeled "Remaining 2016 buck deer and bull elk permits ? Revised June 30, 2016". Then click the hyperlink titled, "Download list of remaining big game permits (PDF)"

6062 are what is left as of right now on monday 9/12/2016 for spike
or 3366 for any bull.

Thanks guys, not many tags left where I was thinking about going.
Looks like a fire is burnning up the mountain where I was planning to hunt. Don't know if I will hunt now.
