Unit 10 elk

How?s the elk looking in unit 10 this year compared to past years? I have the second season archery hunt it's my first elk tag in New Mexico. Can?t wait for the hunt!!

Got it done in unit 10! Nothing like listening to bulls bugle around you at first light, that was a first for me and what a experience. He came in at 40yds to the call on the 4th morning of the hunt.

Congrats on the bull. Looks like you were in the lower elevation. I called in a good bull in 10 for my hunting partners son on the first hunt. We were in a little different terrain. They were barely bugling during that time.

That's a really good bull you killed there in unit 10 congrats! Just wondering how come you didn't shout out to the guide that helped you kill that bull? Unit 10 is a hard hunt for even the local guys anyone that has hunted there could vouch for that. Just wondering?
