Unit 22 Moose

I am curious if any members spend anytime in Wyoming Moose Unit 22?

If so, what type of moose numbers are in this unit, and how is the quality of bulls?

I am finding conflicting information between Eastmans MRS info and what GoHunt says about the moose quality.

Are you serious about the wolves? My buddy is putting in for here and I spoke with the biologist and he said there were some wolves in the area. Have you moose hunted this unit?

Why would you question the wolf comment when the biologist told you there are wolves?

If you draw that tag go into it with realistic expectations. You’re not going to get a booner there but I’ve seen a couple that gave me an antler boner.

Oh hell yeah. Wolves bounce back and forth all around that area along that southern face of the Gros Ventre Range and between the elk feedgrounds. Area 21 & 22 moose, once a thriving population has become a distant memory.
