Unit 27 Junior Hunt

My 11 year old son drew the 27 junior Deer hunt for this year. Does anybody have any ideas on areas where we should scout this year. We have never hunted this area and will spend the entire week before the hunt scouting.

I've hunted 27 a few times & have had some luck around 3 bar mesa. For some reason there was always quite a few deer in those meadows. I killed my first buck right in the middle of one.
