Unit 271 Deer

Drew a tag for 271. Hoping someone has a little info on where a guy might start from. Looks like a lot of willderness. Any help would be great. Thanks guys

had a sheep tag for that unit backin the late 90's saw more deer than sheep also saw several nice bucks one of which was probably mid to high 190 class typical. that unit is very rugged get you some good boots. best of luck. let us know how it goes.

Yeah I agree with the kid. There are some good bucks in there but you better be in shape. A lot of that unit is wilderness area so no ATV's allowed. Get some good optics and start glassin'. Good luck!!
