Unit 32 Elk

Hi all- I helped my father draw this tag this year (He lives in Evanston) and am looking for any pointers or advise on the unit. We've never hunted in the area, always went up near Star Valley and the Greys. He's never been able to harvest anything larger than a spike before and I would love to get him a chance at a decent bull. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

I'm more then happy to share any info on the above areas and SW Colorado that I'm quite familiar with (OTC elk areas).
