Unit 64 Elk hunt

Non-Res heading up to Unit 64 this week. We will be up there early tomorrow. Any info on some places to get started or any of the locals know if the elk have begun to migrate down into the unit yet? We plan on spending a lot of time glassing the ridges hoping to catch some elk in their migration patterns. I know there is a lot of private land, especially down in the draws on this unit. We have all the maps needed to make sure we stay on the public areas. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Did you hunt the second weekend as well? If so how much snow did the unit get? Did it push the bulls down lower? Overall, there were tough conditions without new snow.

We were only there over the first weekend. Father-in-law tagged out on a nice bull 4th day of the hunt.
