Unit 66 deer/elk combo hunt

I guess i'm being lazy by not looking it up myself but what would it take to draw 66 1st bull season?

And 66 1st deer (second season)?

Thinking I'd like to do this combo hunt and currently have 7 deer PPs and 4 elk PPs. By 2017, when I'd like to do it, I'd have 9 and 6 respectively.

Think I'd be able to draw?

Last year it took 5 res and 8 non res pp for deer 2nd season 66. It was 0 res and 2 non res pp for 66 bull 1st season.

I have a hard time figuring out draw odds on the MM tool.

I joined Hunter's Trailhead the last 2 years but let that lapse.

Seems I can "not" get an elk point this year and only get a deer PP. And in 3 years I can do that hunt. Sitting @ 7 deer PPs and 6 elk.

Better have one more PP than I think I need to gurantee it.

The only format I like is in the magazine colorado outdoors jan/Feb issue every year.

You have to add 1 to any PP# on the CPW list of minimum points needed to draw, if you want to be sure of drawing. If one hunter w 1 PP drew xyz tag and 99 others w 1 PP did not draw the same tag, the minimum points list will say it took 1 PP to draw xyz. The same lists from the magazine are avail on the web:
