Units 54, 55 and 551 limited draws?

Any news on what the 5 yr season structure is going to be for these LE nominated elk units? I heard there was a commissioners meeting today.
 
There was an article in the local paper that stated there has been strong opposition to the proposal. I believe the county commissioners have indicated they would support one of the alternate plans for reducing the elk population. I think the commissioners will vote on this until November, I don't think it's going to pass.
