Hey founder! I really like this site and wouldn't change anything major. Only item I want to change is that you need to add a ?like? capability for peoples comments!

I read a ton of stuff that makes me laugh but it isn't worth a whole new post.

Just my $.02 which is probably worth about half price on here.

^ Might I add that the quote function is absolutely terrible? ^

You're terrible ;-)

Nope. It's "mostly fine" how it is. There are definite improvements that could be made. See the above quote format as one glaring example.

I would have totally "liked" this if I could have! :)

And look at how big of a mess the quoted text above is! Goodness...

It is a completely outdated forum design I will give you that. You might get a little more traffic to the site if it was a newer forum style, but that's not a guarantee either. I don't need a like button or anything remotely similar to have a better experience here.

My biggest gripe is when you hit reply to a post, the post can be inserted anywhere in the chain of posts depending on which post you reply to. So in order to see all the new posts, you have to look through old posts to see what is new and what is not. Whoever thought that was a good idea should be hog tied and left outside for 15 minutes in the snow. This alone would make me update to a new design if it was my choice.

Can I get an amen?!?!?

Maybe founder needs some help. Anyone know how to raise $ on the internets?

May you live long enough to cash in those preference points. Amen

How about the added feature of blocking a few people from your post.
I personally would like to be on here more. But the insulting and fighting hold some people back.
Anybody that has been banned before or talks in all capital?s she be locked out.

I've never understood the whole ?like? thing. I'm 41, so it definitely has to do with my age. I see YouTube videos with people asking for likes and it sounds pathetic. Who cares if I like something or not?

I'm not positive but I think YouTube will pay you if you get enough subscribers and "likes". I hear some people make big money off their channel.

Weird. I'm older than you are and I get it. It means you agree with something as in you liked their comment or you like what they are doing.

Maybe it's because I have teenagers in the house, or maybe because it's really not that difficult to understand...?

How Many Dis-Likes would I Have by now?

HINT:

IDGAF!

I know so many people in so many places
They make allot of money but they got sad faces

Who cares if I agree with something or not? Why should that matter? I'm not trying to fight, I just don't see how my opinion is important in the big picture. Maybe it is that I just don't want to be part of anything that has a group identity part about it. I see a ?like?sort of like when we were kids and we needed that attention.

Founder.

I demand changes be made!!

Oh, that's right, it's a free site?

Look at this quote structure though!

As bessy would say:

WHAT A FRIGGIN JOKE!

JUDAS!

Still fine how it is,some of us older guys don't really care if someone (likes our comments ) it's not why we are here.

Just one opinion, but MM is a bulletin board site and not a social media site. The premise of bulletin boards like this one is that members post comments or pics in regard to the topic of a thread, and not as critiques of any member. That's where some members here can get totally lost. Instead of staying on topic, they might instead begin criticizing the opinion of others. As in the use of like or dislike buttons. But for those unwilling or unable to articulate their thoughts using written language, maybe a social media site with easy-to-click LIKE buttons is a better place to be.

I don't use a computer anymore other than at work. But if you want to post a picture off your phone then basically good luck. so I solved the problem by not posting hunting pictures anymore.
