Utah County Pheasant HELP!!!!!!

I am looking for help or information to where I have a good chance of harvesting a rooster in Utah County. The hunt ends this Friday. Every thing is private and posted. I have hunted pheasants every year since I was 12 and am now 19 and have only harvested 3 roosters. It is very discouraging. Any help would be great.
