Utah late season cow elk

Hello all, I am a new resident to Utah and am looking for access or a reasonable fee for access to private land to hunt cow elk, I am an experienced hunter both rifle and archery, and a USMC combat veteran and am very safe, respectful and courteous. I am willing to travel and really just would like an opportunity...

Maybe get on the UDWR site/CWMU and call a few of them as they may or may not have a cow tag this late in the year??

There are tags available but they are for private land only and recommend getting permission Pryor to purchasing
