does anyone know is this a good spotting scope? I will be going to colorado looking to get a scope wondering if anyone has any insite on this scope.

This is a lightweight, compact, inexpensive spotting scope. For the price of $200... I doubt you'll find a better spotting scope.

I just went and looked at this scope today and i was not impressed at all. I really like Vortex glass and all of there optics, but this one just didn't set right with me, i was really excited about getting it, until i went to look through it, i actually walked out with the Nomad, i think it is a better scope by far. I couldn't believe how fat the impact was, its a big scope. anyways sorry to put it down, it's just not what i thought it was going to be, but for the extra money you can't bet the nomad. And bill's home furnishings in price will sell it to you for $319. So thats not bad.
