These aren't monsters by any means, but what I got today. I drove on dicey roads for about 5 hours, the looked for deer. I hadn't seen one, where I normally see hundreds. I then ran into buck number one, and within 15 minutes, and about 100 yards, three nice four points all on does. I circled around the hill and gained about 100 yards above them and ran into a monster. He was pushing 190. Of course he was a little more cagey than the others. He'd been dead if I would have been hunting instead of photo opting, but no photos. I then drove a ways up the mountain and put a limb through a sidewall. I decided to come home instead of risking another flat. Cost me the rest of the day. There was more snow already than last year total.
