When will the new Regs come out? I need time to determine which permits to put in for. Anyone have an idea?

Permit levels have been online for over a month now, May 15th is when they shoot to get the pamphlet out, only another week or so.

Wow, I don't like the looks of the special permit draws. Quilomene tags are WAY down (thanks to the indians). I am glad there is an lt murry tag though.
