water purification systems

what does everyone recommend for a water purifying system,. I was looking at the MSR Miox Purifier . anybody know anything about it??

We use the MSR "Mini Works" . Pick a filter that has a ceramic membrain filter element. This is the highest quality type of filtration system. They use them in Africa so that says it all. They are about $80.00 at REI and worth the bucks. They will filter bacteria as well as viruses, water dirty like a mud hole you just need to clean the filter more often the dirtier the water.

thanks trophyhunter, ya I saw that one was the number 1 seller in purifiers I was just lookin at the Miox cuz it looks so simple and easy.
