Western states draw question

I am already familiar with AZ, CO, NM and UT so I am mainly concerned with other Western states.

What other states offer bonus and/or preference points for elk and deer?

Which states will give you all your money back (except for the 5 or 6 dollar application fee, of course) if you do not draw or only want a point.

Nevada requires you pay your 140.00 for a license to get your bonus point. Oregon only requires the 5.00 draw fee.

I think you have to buy the liscense in Oregon also. I believe it is cheaper for the liscense.

Thats right in OR you do have to purchase an NR license for 56 bucks before you can apply for a draw hunt. At least you accumulate points. ID is the true blackmail state!
