Whats wrong with this doe??

This doe is comeing down into my camera every night with a bunch of other deer but she is skin and bone and coverd in lumps. Is it chronic wasting or what. Let me know what you think>

Does not look all that bad to me. Should look a little better this time of the year.
Maybe she is just old. Cant tell if they are lumps or just hair tufts.
